* As each guest enter the party give them a safety pin and tell them that every time they cross their legs and another guest catches them, they have to recite a nursery rhyme. If they can not recite a nursery rhyme they have to give the other guest their safety pin. The person with the most safety pins at the end of the party receives a prize. Guests can catch each other repeatedly, so even if a guest looses their safety pin they can get someone else. This game goes on for the duration of the party until the very end.

* Have guests draw out their favorite nursery rhymes. Have pens, crayons, markers, colored pencils, and paper available for your guests. This does not necessarily mean that anyone will win a prize, however these can be given to the mother to be as a keepsake of the party.

* Another nursery rhyme baby shower game is to list names of popular nursery rhymes on a board and see who can say the most rhymes correctly. Again, whoever gets the most right wins a prize or gift certificate.

* Similarly, draw pictures and see who guess the most nursery rhymes correctly by the pictures placed on the board.
