The bodybuilders require to intake more protein supplements than any average human being. The reason behind this is that, bodybuilders do workouts, which demands more metabolism. Soy Protein: Soy Protein is comprised with all essential amino acids. For the vegetarians Soy Protein has been considered as the alternative protein. Isoflavones, a type of phytoestrogen is also present in Soy protein.

Egg: The white portion of egg contains lactose- and dairy-free protein. It works also as the most effective protein supplement and is extremely beneficial for health of the young and old alike.

Blended Proteins: Acombination of Whey Protein, Soy Protein, Casein Protein, egg protein altogether is known as Blended protein.
