Step 1

Decide on a Theme.

Maybe you want a web page about Loans. Perhaps your theme is a little
Broader like Debt Reduction and Bill Consolidation.

Step 2

Find a Domain Name that Matches your Theme Go to
http://www.domaininformer.com/tools/

Now click on Domain Suggestion and Enter Debt in the Type in Box.

Step 3

It
Looks like http://debtdispatch.com/ is Available. Simply go to
Godaddy.com or any other Registrar that you like and Register your
Domain. Godaddy seems to be reasonably priced and they have a good
reputation.

Host Your Domain

Now
All that is left is to host your Domain. There are hundreds of Web
Hosts available some good and some not so good. It is really hard to
know which ones to use. Findmyhosting.com has a Web Hosting rating

service where users rate Web Hosts. They also Tell you the Up time
History of your Web Hosts. I currently use 4 Different Web Hosts. They
all have there ups and Down's.
