First and foremost, your job as a secret shopper is to go out and shop (purchase and sometimes test certain products), watch movies, eat at restaurants, and sometimes some not so exciting jobs such as evaluating grocery stores, banks, and gas stations. Not only do you get paid for your time, you also get reimbursed for all purchases you make, and you get to keep any products that you may have been required to purchase (including things like movie tickets, meals, admissions, etc.)
Work How Much You Want
Another benefit which comes with becoming a secret shopper is the ability to work when you want, and how much you want. You can work as much or as little as you want, it's up to you. You are never forced to accept assignments, you can select only the assignments you want, or the ones that pay well, etc. This element makes this job great for students since it allows them to take time off for assignments and exams and such. This job is also great for stay at home moms who need a flexible schedule. This job is pretty much great for anyone who requires some flexibility in their schedule.
On the days you do work, you usually don't have to go to work at a prescribed time. You can go to 'work' at any time you wish, take a break whenever you want, and leave whenever you're done (as long as you get the job done!)
A New Adventure Every Day
One of the greatest things about becoming a secret shopper is the variety of assignments you receive. If you're the type of person who gets bored quickly, this job is great for you. Each job takes you on a new journey, and each work day is different from the previous.
