I am such a butter feign! My favorite dessert to make is rice crispy treats and when I make them I load them up with butter and the rice crispy treats are just so amazing! For me butter just makes everything tastes so much better, I am sure you think that way too. However, did you know that there are other ways to use butter that don’t have anything to do with making food taste better?

You can use butter to get fish smells off your hands! I know weird right? If you ever go fishing, prepare fish or open a can of tuna your hands will wreak of fish. Washing your hands with soap and water alone will not kill the fish smell. How are you supposed to take care of that problem? Grab about a teaspoon of butter and rub your hands with it, then wash it off with soap and water and your hands will be fresh and free of the fish smell.

No more moldy cheese! Cheese at the market today is so expensive and it bugs me to see mold growing on my cheese! Not anymore though. If you have the same moldy cheese problem then try rubbing butter on the edges of the cheese or wherever you last “cut the cheese” and that will keep your cheese from getting moldy and old.

If you hate to swallow pills I understand the problem. Now that I am a grown up I have more trouble swallowing pills then when I was a kid. When I was a kid I used to be able to swallow pills without having to drink anything! Next time you have to take a pill just gently rub butter over it and it will go down much faster.

If you have just moved and your precious little cat is having a hard time adjusting to the new spot, then take his or her little paw and put some butter on it. Your cat will lick it off, for some strange reason cats really love the taste of butter. They will keep returning for more and you will not have to worry about them running away to find their old home.

This is a handy tip that works great for men, so please share this little tip with your man! If he ever runs out of shaving cream and there is no time to go to the store to get some more shaving cream, just have him use butter! Tell him to just slather the butter on his face and shave away! Have him use his aftershave like normal to get rid of the butter smell.
