Entrance examinations determine the score of the student based on various parameters of quantitative aptitude, reasoning and logical capabilities, general knowledge and language competency. The final round is called personal interview round. In this concluding stage of assessment, candidate’s personal profile and qualifications are thoroughly tested. Other elements that occupy center stage in personal interview are students’ academic records, work experience (if any), steady performance, references, family background among other things.
