Concept: Links from different website with unique class c IP address will help you rank high. Google values links from on topic sites, so a link from a site on farms to a site on computers will not be very valuable. Yahoo is also picky about the theme of the site that contains the link, while MSN presently seems to value brute linkage a lot more then the other two.
For both general directories and niche directories there will be these types of links:
Free one way links
Paid one way links
Reciprocal links
Google is cracking down on over optimization so it's important not to have too many reciprocal links, unless they are all completely on topic. Ideally you want everything to be balanced.
Go to each of the following, use an auto form submitter,
DO NOT type all those entries by hand, that will take TOO long, use an auto form filler of some sort

Open up a notepad or other text document
1. Create both a comma and space separated list of keywords.
2. Create 10 different versions of target site's Title and description
