How many times have you come home from a hard day at work, feeling that absolutely nothing, zip, zero, zilch has been accomplished?
Do you find that you have attended to all others needs? Then house projects, bills, animal care, the neighbor wants to visit, the phone rings. Then it’s midnight.
This is what starts the everyday cycle of stress, frustration and the inability to cope with life. We have goals, but never enough time to accomplish them. We are overworked, pushed, pulled, exhausted, and maxed out constantly.
How do we go about changing our world or even have room to grow if we are constantly forced in a box.
It’s simple, not easy, simple.
We can setup small blocks of time for obtainable goals. We can choose the things that we want to do. We can start to take control of our lives by setting a goal that will work for us, not against.
Write a list of the things that are truly important to you. Do not write a “to do” list.
What if you forced yourself into thinking and acting new? Maybe not all day but for 15 minutes here and 15 minutes there. You just might be amazed at the power of small steps to better your life.
If you write, write. If you sing, sing. If you dance, dance. Just do it. A little here a little there. And I can promise you that slowly but surely all of the effort and motion will begin to form energy. This energy will come alive and begin to breathe new life into your day.
You can get more done then you think you can, and you will!
