Something in a factual food can create reaction in the body which is due to by the defense system of the body. This something can be important element may like protein in the body. Defense system of the body always relates with factual food reaction.
These substances start food reaction and stimulate immune response of the body. It directly affects on the body’s digestion system and begins its work by weakening the digestion system. These reactions come under non-resistible food reaction (NFR). Unstable level of lactose and sulfate in the food impacts on the respiratory system result into harmful disease like an asthma.
The symptoms from factual food reaction may vary from person to person as intense to dilute. Generally people tally their own symptoms to the others and try to self medicate but it is not the genuine way to treat it. These reactions reflect broadly three types of symptoms:
Minor type: itchiness in mouth, tongue, localized skin rashes, flaming eyes, etc.

Though factual food reaction is obvious in any age but it mainly found in babies and children. NFR in children causes due to wheat, soybeans, cow milk, eggs, fish & fish oil, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, bees or bee product. Element in the food incite the reaction named as allergen. Quantity and practice of preparation of food also decides the intensity of allergen. Symptoms are of two types, rapid and plodding. Some allergens are easily recognized because symptoms occur rapidly after eating. But some allergens creates symptoms gradually so it is important to make a track record of your food consumption cycle with details of contents, quality, time, quantity and the symptoms rise rate according to time.
How to battle with factual food reaction?
First identify the allergens reacts in your body with help of doctor. Eradicate these foods from your meal. Always take care of reading labels on the food packets. When eating outside restaurant, make a habit to ask to chef about food contents you ordered. Pass up too much consuming processed food and surplus outside eating. In case of suspected food, don’t make trial just leave it. Eating at your friend’s home inform him about your food care. Notify your airlines about your food reactions in advance.
When children are in school, they don’t care about food. Best way, keep conversation with teachers, staffs, class mates about your child’s factual food reaction and its care. Regular school meetings must be there in the school between teachers and students to share their experiences with each other. I have not suggested you to highlight your child’s food reaction symptoms again and again so that he may feel inferior and get sacred. I just want you to get prepared about that any time of occurrence. Always keep your eyes open about your diet.
