The 3G iPhone hasn’t been confirmed yet but that hasn’t stopped the whole host of rumours that have been going around about what features it will include and which country it will make it to first.
There have been cases given why the iPhone won’t be over here any time soon and also cases why it may be over here a lot sooner than we think.
O2 have apparently said that they are expecting a very hectic day on 9th June and that they will be very busy during the first week of July, which, incidentally, is one of the suspected dates of release of the iPhone.
Other rumours have been that the new and improved iPhone will include built-in instant messaging and video-chat capabilities and also GPS and possibly support to enable voice-activated commands. Another plus for the new iPhone is that is expected to be at least 22 per cent thinner than its predecessor. Perhaps more importantly is the rumours of a longer lasting battery and will cost less.
If all of these rumours turn out to be true, the original iPhone will pale in comparison to its hugely improved cousin, especially if it costs less as the iPhone has never been known for being one of the cheap mobile phones around. In fact if they are true, it could turn out to be one of the most popular mobile phones we’ve seen in a while. All we can do is wait and see if these rumours are too good to be true.
There has never been such a wide interest and so much hype about other mobile phones that haven’t even been confirmed yet. Even with Apple experiencing a dip in its market share over in the US, the other devices expected any time soon such as the HTC Touch Diamond and the Blackberry Bold must be experiencing a few palpitations due to the amount of coverage and excitement that the iPhone is experiencing, and not just the iPhone, the second, and more improved edition of the iPhone.
The iPhone has never been one of the
