The first thing is protein powder. Although I very strongly recommend protein powder for everyone, it can be expensive for some people to have to pay $20 a month for extra protein when often times sources of dietary protein are much cheaper. If you can find a way to get it somehow however, it is a must have.
The second thing is an arm blaster. You may have heard me talk about using an arm blaster before, and sadly most gyms do not have one. You can order them online, which is how I got mine. It cost $40 including shipping, but it does help keep my arms in place for bicep curls.
The last thing is a weightlifting belt. These are devices that keep your abdomen steady when you do exercises like squats, reducing the risk of injury. Typically I don't recommend training with so much weight that a belt becomes necessary, but it can be nice to have just in case you ever want to push yourself with squats.
None of these things are necessary to get a great physique, but if you have some money burning a hole in your pocket you might want to check them out.
