Self esteem lies within you and not with others. Many people tend to feel low when they are criticized by others. Crimination and judgment are just inferences and they are not final decisions. If you are criticized by others, don’t feel that you are not powerful. Be happy that you have given a chance for others to laugh and have some fun for some time. Tell to yourself that negatives are never going to attack you. Rather, you are going to attack your problems and find solutions. Be confident to take the initiative and be a proactive person.

Read them aloud and you will get the confidence that you already have solution for the problem. If the problem is with relationships, you can easily solve it by talking to the concerned person. If it is with your office work, you can get the help from your colleagues for solving it.

4. You should think positive about yourself all the time. You are born to achieve success and you are a powerful person. You will always do a good job and will not hurt anyone. You are a human being and you make mistakes that can be rectified easily. You have the guts to solve your problem and all your problems are very simple.

5. Whenever you meet some person, smile at them. You will never know the magic of simple smile until you experience it. Make new friends and shake hands with them with confidence. When you show off yourself that you are capable enough, people will have good values for you and this will boost your self esteem in a great way.
