I caught in an argument with one of my friends, we were discussing the pros and cons of Professional employer organizations so called PEO. He suggested that the PEO saves a lot of administration headache, can also help small companies provide competitive benefits to their employees. He suggested that so far PEO is the best solution.
I no doubt agreed that PEO can save a lot of headache and is a good solution for small companies, but cannot be considered as best solution. A few months ago my company started using offshore employee leasing. In the beginning all my staff members were scared that we all are going to lose our jobs and we thought it is pure evil. Surprisingly it was not the case at all.
Let me first give a brief description that I work for a software company in Boca Raton Florida. We have a base product for office automation, and we customize our product according to user's requirements. My boss was always stressed out, because we were always buried in development and we never had enough staff. We had to invest more in programmers as compared to sales and that was holding our company back.

They work on our LAN and we use Skype to communicate with them.

VTLGlobal to small companies. In the new age of global economy every company has to find best resources to keep them a head of the competition and there is literally no solution better then offshore employee leasing.
