By contacting Refresh Debt Services today you will be taking the first step to taking back control of your finances. We will help you every step of the way through your financial management programme.
A debt management programme is an informal arrangement between you and your creditors. You will be allocated with your own debt solutions counsellor who will make sure that your programme is right for you. They will be able to explain your programme in full, they will talk to your creditors on your behalf and they will even manage any post from your creditors, all you have to do is send it in to us in our free post envelopes!
We provide our customers with advice so they can be sure that the next step is the right one for them.
The Debt Management Plan is simple to follow. Once you contact us we will discuss your situation in full. We will look at your income and expenditure and will work out what is left after all your bills have been paid and your day to day living costs have been taken into account. We will negotiate a reduced monthly payment based on what you can realistically afford. You will NEVER be asked to pay more than you can afford!

We will then post you out a pack which will include;
• A letter introducing you to Refresh and outlining the agreed amount you can afford each month.
• Your debt management programme which has been individually tailored to your circumstances
• A copy of your income & expenditure
• A copy of the list of creditors and the current balances of the credit you have with them.
• A checklist of what you need to do to so we can start your Debt Management Programme
• A copy of our Terms & Conditions
• Standing Order Mandate
• Prepaid envelopes
Once you receive your pack you can review everything we will have discussed over the phone. You will have the opportunity to change any of the balances owed to creditors and you can also add any creditors you (or your partner) may have not mentioned previously.

Once you sign up and begin a debt management programme we will contact your creditors immediately. Our aim is to get all the interest and charges reduced or frozen so your debt doesn't grow anymore. Your dedicated debt solutions counsellor will contact your creditors for you and work out the pro rata payments so the payment you make to us is spread out fairly between them. We will deal with your creditor post and telephone calls which will take the pressure and stress away from you.
Speak to one of our dedicated debt solutions counsellors today for confidential advice about your financial situation and we will give you the options that are available to you.
