In these challenging times, what have you been doing to stay at peace? Here is a list of things that may help you to stay peaceful and worry-free. I trust that in sharing them with you, you will have some use for them to support you in these potentially challenging period of our lives.

1. Gratitude Walk - Go on a daily “gratitude-walk” and review everything you DO have in your life
2. Meditate - Take time each morning and evening to simply close your eyes and breathe.
3. Tai Chi - Use this wonderful moving meditation to become “present” and start off your day with a focused mind.
4. Positive Focused thinking as a tool a to help you overcome any challenging mental or emotional challenges that surface.

5. Supplementation - Use simple supplements to help keep your nervous system healthy. My preference (from easynsp . com) include Stress-J, NutriCalm, and/or Stress Pack.
6. Healthy Food Choices - Make sure that you take care of my health by eating foods that keep your body relaxed. It is amazing how much better you'll handle situations when you feel good.
7. Family Time - It is amazing how much a simple dose of family can be better than drugs.
8. Power Focus - This simply means focusing my attention on things that help you feel inspired, empowered, and happy. This means very limited to no “bad” news. This also means focusing on things that make me laugh and remember there is much to be happy for in this life.

9. Social Success - This means having fun with friends! Pretty simple, allow relationships to remind you how successful you are (and it doesn’t depend on the economy).
10. Stay Active - This means getting my body active and involved in physical activities. I love my soccer games and how great I feel by having honored this time for myself.

I trust that these simple resources will be helpful to you, especially in these particularly turbulent times. May you find the peace and gratitude in your life that I have found in mine.
