However, the amount of home loan will depend mostly on your credit report and value of the equity in your collateral. If possible, try to hire a real estate agent and who should be capable of dealing with your mortgage broker. Locate your budget for purchasing home the usual rule is to keep your housing cost around one third of your income, however it is not mandatory. Being a first time buyer, it is necessary that you should guard yourself against loan sharks
