If your looking for the best way to significantly reduce stress from your life the best way to do it is with a proper system. You need to evaluate what the source of the stress is and come up with ways to prevent, handle, and recover from it. Step #1
Avoid All Unnecessary Stress


* Learn How To Say "No"- Be aware of your limits and don't exceed them. It doesn't matter if it's in your personal life or at work. By taking on more than what you can handle, your not doing yourself any favors.

*Avoid Negative Conversation Or Topics- Don't start or entertain conversations with people that will generate negative emotions or argument.


*Create A To-Do List- Prioritize the tasks that need to get done, and cut down or put off until tomorrow less important things.


Step #2
Alter The Situation


* Stand Up For Yourself- If someone is bothering you, respectfully confront the person rather than keeping it to yourself. Often the person does not even realize what he or she is doing and will be glad to have it brought to their attention.

*Be More Assertive- Don't hesitate to tackle problems as they occur, but also do your best to analyze and prevent them.

*Improve Your Time Management Skills- You will find things run much smoother when your properly prepared.


Step #3
Accept What You Can't Change


Don't try to control the uncontrollable- There are some things in life that are just out of our hands. Try to avoid stressing out over things like the economy or other things that you have no control over.


Look For The Positive Side- Try to see the glass as always "half full". Positive thinking is a powerful thing.

Learn To Forgive and Forget- Try your best not to hold grudges it only hurts yourself. It doesn't do any good to hold onto negative energy. Accept that the world is not perfect and people make mistakes.
