It is very important we learn how to cope with work stress. We all need to go to work to survive and so stress is inevitable, but we can at least learn how to reduce and manage it better. Also, if your stress is so severe that it is having an impact on your physical health, it may be time to consider another job or line of work. There is no job, company, or boss that is worth damaging yourself over.
1.) Be sure that you are eating breakfast in the morning. Breakfast gives you the fuel in the morning that will help get you through the day. If you skip this important meal, you may be finding yourself feeling drained and unable to concentrate and focus on your tasks at work.
2.) Make an effort to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise four times a week or more.
3.) Take full advantage of your lunch break. If you have an hour for lunch, make sure you take advantage of that full hour to rest and relax.
4.) When it all seems like too much, laugh it off! Laughing helps relieve tension.
5.) If your having issues at work sometimes a good way to release some stress is to talk about it to a friend or family member. DO NOT vent to co workers it could come back to bite you later on.
6.) Make sure you are getting at least six hours of sleep every night.
7.) Try to cut back on coffee, instead drink more water.
8.) Make time for fun activities, life does not always have to be about work all the time!

Coping With Work Stress
It was not long ago, that i was having trouble coping with work stress. I dreaded getting up in the morning to go to work. I had become a chain smoker and always felt tense and unhappy. Realizing that i had to do something to reduce the stress, I experimented with deep breathing exercises, meditation, and even a little yoga. I won't say that all this did not help, but busting into a lotus pose and meditating at work was not a practical solution. Thanks to
www.YourStressCure.com I feel calm everyday and have the mental clarity and focus to take on whatever challenges at work come my way!
