There are so many suggestions on Chronic knee pain,
which one should I choose?

Have you typed chronic knee pain in your Google search lately? Well, yah, that’s probably how you got here. Wow, how many remedies are there anyway? Everyone seems to have a different answer. This exercise or that exercise, swim, lay on the floor and bend your knees, take a slow walk, ride a bicycle, use this rub or that ointment, ice, heat, etc., etc., etc. On and on and on.

Which one do you try? Do you try them all hoping that something will work? Or are you in so much pain that you can’t stand the thought of even trying so there you sit, wishing that you were 25 again?

What does that lead to? Weight gain, depression, or worse, like addiction to pain meds, or stomach ulcers from taking too many over the counter pain relievers. You have then chewed so many antacids that they all taste like chalk? Well, at least your bone density should be better. But, chronic means chronic so the knee pain is back after about 3 or 4 hours.

Obviously knee pain is caused by a number of things. Injury, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, too much weight, sports, running on hard surfaces for too many years, carrying heavy loads on the job. Is there then a different remedy for each cause or is there a possibility that one product or exercise will work for any kind of knee pain?

I found out after trying just about all of the above remedies over many years for my chronic knee pain that there are some products on the market that may help each one of us. As in most cases, different people have slightly different results and over a varying period of time. There is nothing that can be said to take care of it in X number of hours or days.

I actually went from 40 ibuprofen each week for my chronic knee pain to zero in about 45-60 days. A friend took far less, others a little longer. Our bodies are a miracle but they need the proper fuel.

I would like to share with you what worked for me when you have the time. Contact me to set up a time, lets talk about how you can get back to feeling the way you want to, chronic knee pain gone!
