If you aren’t getting any results, why do you continue doing the same thing? Don’t you owe it to yourself to try something different? Of course you do!
We are creatures of habit are we not? We get up at the same time everyday, clean up, eat breakfast, drive the same route to work, maybe stop for the same cup of coffee, park in the same stall, use the same elevator. On and on. We like the same. We don’t like different.
The unfortunate part of this rut we find ourselves in is that we don’t or are not willing to try something different. Yet if we would stop and think about it there are probably several things in our daily routine that need to be changed. Why? Because a different result would be to our benefit.
Take your knee pain. Have you been doing the same exercises, walking the same route, (if you can walk), or just sitting it the same chair, taking the same pain killers and expecting it to all get better SOMEDAY? Well, I hate to break the news, but someday will most likely never come!
Sorry, but true.
So what should we do? Begin by taking a look at what methods or products you are using and have been for some time now without noticing any improvement in you knee pain. If that is using the same pain killers, try another type. Switch from Tylenol to Ibuprofen, or Excedrin or just plain aspirin. Ask your Doctor for a different prescription. Who knows? It won’t hurt to try will it?
I was in that rut, taking around 40 ibuprofen every week followed by about as many antacids to counter the stomach issues, and still had the same pain everyday. Then a friend told me about a natural product that now has me taking zero ibuprofen or anything else and my knees are pain free. Wow! What a blessing!
Are you ready to make a change and probably see some good results instead of staying in that rut you are in? If so, we need to visit, I hope to hear from you soon.
