With Chronic Knee Pain from walking for 6 hours a day for over twenty
Years, so were mine. Now they aren’t and I have no knee pain!

Your knees hurt, you have been told they are bone on bone and the only course of action is to have them replaced, right? But you aren’t quite sure or maybe not sure at all that this is the route you want to go down. Well, you aren’t alone in that and you certainly aren’t alone as far as have bad knees and chronic knee pain that goes with it.

More people go to there doctor for knee pain than for any other joint issues and as thousands of us “baby boomers” reach 50 and 60 like me, every day in this country we all have plenty of company.

So, what do I do? Is knee replacement the only answer or are there alternatives that I can look into?

Like most things in life there isn’t just this one way, unless we’re speaking of eternity and we’re not talking about that right now. Far too often we seem to think that what the expert says is the final authority, whether is be our knee pain or even cancer. OH NO, my doctor says, ya-da, ya-da, ya-da.

So, what are some alternatives?

1. First of all, just keep going baby. Take the meds and the antacids to counter act the stomach and kidney and liver issues. Not the best plan, but one that many choose.

2. Head on over to your local health food store and ask what they have. Number one will be a bottle of glucosamine/chondroitin. Actually I know a few younger people who say this has worked well for them, but I think they acted early and didn’t need much help, their knees certainly weren’t bone on bone like mine and yours. At our age and the magnitude of our knees, I never had good results with that.

3. Soft exercise. Ride a stationary bike. Swim. Anything to keep those knees moving and not stiffen up.

4. You can try what I did and am now pain free at sixty with my real knees! I still walk six hours each day carrying mail and my knees feel like they did when I was thirty! I can really run if I choose to, couldn’t do that three years ago! I have good spacing in my knee joints even though my right knee cap is a third worn off! A good friend introduced me to this and it has changed my life. I would enjoy sharing this information with you if you would contact me. Let’s talk.
