The next series you can probably make it a little lengthy, increase it slowly without causing much stress but do remember that you do not take rest in between. Before moving ahead to the next exercise what you could do is inhale and catches some breath first and this in turn can help you to proceed properly. As you feel tired just do slow exercise but do not stop in between. Repeat your exercises for about five to six times this will benefit you.
