The delicious orange kissed marinade makes this grilled salmon even more of a treat.

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 (2-1/2 pounds) salmon fillet

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Pour 2/3 cup into a large resealable plastic bag; add salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade from salmon. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Brush with some of the reserved marinade. Grill 10 to 15 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
