How do you create trust, what makes your clients /customers trust you. Simple! Tell the truth at all times, never waffle, never try to BS them, never say you are going to do something and then don't. If there is any doubt, then tell them the truth but that you will try your best to do what they want done but you can't promise anything.
I could go on for a lot longer on this topic but I think you have got the idea by now.
We must never assume the clients needs before we meet. Again it is important to do the research, have the background knowledge and an idea. But, allow them the opportunity to express their needs and concerns.
A positive attitude is rooted from the inside. Meaning you have to start from within yourself. Attitude is so very contagious. Have you ever met a person who was just so down, and negative about everything? Well did you always feel drained around them, or the negativity started rubbing off on you? It is because it is contagious. So, let us have a genuine positive attitude so that it can enhance the atmosphere and allow the client to feel comfortable with us.
Continue your personal self development .Once we do have that positive mind set, and are definitely there to help the client and not just make another sale then we are on our way to establishing great client relationships.
Be concerned for your clients and do the job to the very best of your ability at all times and remember that "people don't care how much you know as long as they know how much you care"
