Flatulence Causes.
Some foods have rather indigestible elements in them. Let me give you an example. If you are intolerant to lactose ( that is, there is a problem in absorbing or digesting dairy products which can be anything from cheese, milk and cream ), then you may have a problem in digesting some of the sugars these foods contain. If they are not digested, then they pass into the intestine and there they start fermenting due to the bacteria also present there and they turn into gas. If you eat in big mouthfuls and too quickly then a lot of air is going to enter your stomach. If you talk while eating (remember what your mother told you !), then this is going to let more air in.
