What is life all about? Well, it’s obviously different things to different people and I’m sure we’d get a long list of varied answers and opinions as to why we are all here.
But without going too deep into it, I suppose it would be safe to say that, no matter how we go about it, we are probably all (at the very core of our being) looking for happiness. Peace, happiness, inner contentment, is what we’re all after, is it not?
You’re probably saying, “What has all this got to do with Internet Marketing”? Well...quite a lot actually, but first ask yourself this question;
Can you put your hand on your heart and honestly say that you are happy in your current job? Do you really like what you are doing for a living? Or is it a chore that has you dragging yourself out of bed in the morning dreading the ‘nose to tail’ commute through the hoards of ever increasing traffic? Or does the thought of the bus or train journey make you feel sick inside (and I don’t mean travel sickness).
I was actually really surprised at how many people don’t mind the job they are in. I hated mine for a long time and couldn’t wait to escape but thought there was no way out...I was wrong.
But even those that quite enjoy what they do and who are fairly happy at their work, still like to bitch, moan and whine about it. It may be the travelling as mentioned above, or their boss who is a nightmare, or sometimes it’s just the environment surrounding what they do that they are not happy with.
I think if you are honest though, if you had enough money coming in every month to give you a decent lifestyle for the rest of your life, you’d probably walk out that door and never look back...go on, be honest.
I mean, just imagine it for a moment. You get up as usual, go through the same old boring daily routine, but this time you’re doing it with a smile on your face. Why?...Because, today you are handing in your notice. Today is the day you thought would never come, when you walk into the boss’s office and tell him you’ve had enough (whilst trying not to laugh).
And you can do this because you are now and Internet Marketer. You now have enough money trickling in from all your various streams of income which are now all automated because you took the time to learn the secrets that are making the ‘average Joe’ very, very rich.
Even if you love your job, who couldn’t use a few extra hundred, even thousand dollars every month?
And the obvious beauty of this is, it can all be done from the comfort of your own home. No one’s suggesting here that money can bring you happiness, that would be insane. However, having more money coming in than you pay out every month, working less hours for it and putting in the hours that suit you, your family and kids’ needs would certainly take a bit of weight off those shoulders don’t you think?
This is the benefit of having your own home based, online business. The trouble is most people are too scared to start. Scared that they’re not technical enough or don’t have anything to sell or can’t write a sales letter...aarrgh!
Fear of change or failure paralyses them into NOT taking action and accepting mediocrity, that’s sad.
The real truth is, it is probably easier than you think to get your own home based business up and running.
