If you go and buy over the counter braces they may not fit you properly .Knee braces should also be placed properly. If not it may cause harm.


Knee braces are worn usually for injuries like Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Injury, Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) Injury and Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL).
