1.- Putting Keywords in Titles:
A really important thing is to put keywords in titles, how is that? simple, add between the < title > and < /title > tags the keyword you want to rank for. For example this article's title would be On page SEO.

2.- Putting keywords in url:

4.- Putting image descriptions on alt tags:
