Do you often ask yourself why is it so hard to lose weight? You do everything the way your suppose to, exercise, run, walk, jog, ect. But you still can’t manage to lose that, what I call “belly Fat” you can even do crunches, sit-ups, still nothing. In this article I will try to shed some light on why losing weight is so hard.

Are you like me everyday, I wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, eat diner, go home, eat supper eat, eat, eat, that’s all we do? It seems all we do is eat, it makes it very difficult when your trying to lose weight but we try the best we can to get in all the exercise we can when we are all so busy with everyday life. But are we losing the battle?

Your colon and digestive System is key to why people have so much trouble losing weight, mainly belly fat. As we get older “plaque” builds up in are small and large intestines which results our body’s natural ability to absorb proper nutrition which means our body is still hungry no matter how much we eat. We also have “parasites” in our body’s intestines, these parasites are worm like creatures that excrete jelly-like sludge that also builds up over time, with the same results as plaque our body feels hungry no matter how much we eat.

One day I had a Doctors appointment and while I was in the waiting room I picked up a medical magazine I read an article kind of, on this same subject. It was about a man who had died and they were doing an autopsy on his stomach and intestines trying to find a cause of death and what they found was years of build up. They found that this man had 20-30 pounds of plaque in his colon, this is not what killed this man but it may have led his heart or other organs to fail. But what I got from this article was that this man if he would have cleaned his colon and intestines regularly his weight would be 20-30 pounds less, that’s a lot for just your stomach area. Also it will give you more energy which will help you when your trying to lose weight. So that in my opinion is why losing weight is so hard. For more information see link bellow.
