As a New Coach, I have to tell you that I was intimidated every time I thought about writing my first book let alone write it in 30 days. As a matter of fact it took 20 years from my first thought of writing one until I finally got one published. I cringed every time I heard some expert or guru say that the first thing I should do was write a book.

I had all kinds of doubts, and self criticisms that held me back. If you're anything like me than you may have thought of writing a book but just couldn't get yourself to do it. Maybe you thought no one would read it, or that you're not an expert or maybe you don’t even know how to go about starting one let alone getting it published.

In this article what I'm going to share with you is a simple process anyone can use to write their book in 30 days - Guaranteed!

Just follow these steps:

1. Write 10/15 Main Points - These main points become your Chapters, decide which, main points you want to make. What ever it is that you want to write about you first you need to identify the 10 - 15 of your most important points.

2. Write 6/8 Sub Points - To each of the 10/15 main points. For example if one of your main points was;

Main Point - Vegetables

• Greens
• High Carbohydrates
• Low Carbohydrates
• Seasonal
• Processed
• Fresh

3. Record - One of the fastest and easiest ways to complete your book is to talk about it. Grab a Digital Recorder from Radio Shack and begin with your first Chapters Sub Point. Begin talking about your sub point, that’s it, just talk about that sub point. Than move on to the next sub point, and every point thereafter.

4. Transcribe - Go to Guru.com or Elance.com and hire someone to transcribe your recordings. Send your recordings to them and in about 24 - 48 hours they will send you your written words.

5. Edit - Put your Transcription into a "BASIC BOOK TEMPLATE" either a 6 X 9 or an 8.5 X 11 size book. These Templates can be found all over the internet, start at Lulu.com Templates will give you a Table of Contents and Chapters etc. for inside your book.

6. Cover - Go to Guru or Elance again and hire a Graphics expert to design a book cover for you. They can do that for you in 24 - 48 hours.

7. Publish - Pick a Print on Demand company, you can find dozens on the internet, start at Lulu.com. These companies will print your book one at a time or dozens, it's up to you. You just need to create an account and upload your manuscript to them including your book cover and with in 2 - 3 weeks you will have a book mailed to you.

That’s all a New Consultant needs to do to write their own book in 30 days.
