Today I would like to give you my secret tip on how I control my hunger when I am having a crazy day.
Have you ever eaten lunch or dinner, and not long after you finished stood in front of the refrigerator with the door opened searching for something to eat or munch on?
I stand their sometimes thinking that I must be a nut! How can I still be hungry? Have you ever felt this way?
When I experience these sensations, I no longer resist them. I just make a good choice on what to eat so that I have a feeling of satiety (fullness). Research has shown that peanut butter is a great way to control hunger. A Purdue University study published in the International Journal of Obesity found that this American favorite can help to curb your appetite.
Next time you're experiencing these hunger aches and pain try loading up your spoon with a scoop of peanut butter and snack on it. Trust me it may not taste as great to you as the hot fudge sunday but it will curb your appetite, and help you avoid overeating.
Short Term pain equals longer term gain. It's your choice.
