The general statistic for expected and experienced 360 failure is around 30-35. These percentage rates are pretty high when you think about the millions of Xbox 360 consoles that are sold. With these statistics in mind consider how many Xbox 360's need repairing on a day-to-day basis, and how many are sent back Microsoft.
