Andy Mulholland, CTO of Capgemini will actively participate as a speaker at the World Wide Web Conference 2006 to be held at Edinburgh. The main event is scheduled to take place from 23 - 26 May.

It will be presided over by the decision makers, influencers, business and standard bodies, technologists and the other leading men from the world of computers. All the heads will combine together to shape the future of the web.

The 15th International World Wide Web Conference will be organized by the International World Wide Web Conference Committee. This committee has been effectively organizing this annual event since 1994 to bring all the trail-blazers from the international community to search and converse the various ways of influencing and maturing the future of the World Wide Web. The World Wide Web has effectively transformed the learning, trading, governing and communication process of the world. The World Wide Web 2006 conference in Edinburgh will witness the innovative capabilities of the web in revolutionizing our lives over the next decade.


CTO of Capgemini, Andy Mulholland, will make a presentation on "Business Cases for using the web based technology". He will be joined by other prominent industry figureheads like Motorola Chairman David Brown, Director of MSN.co.uk, Gillian Keith, and Web inventor Tim Berners-Lee. This packed event lasting for four days will witness active participation in the form of speakers, workshops, exhibitions, social events and panels. The 15th International World Wide Web Conference invited the webmasters from UK local authority and the central government. They will be provided with workshops and tutorials to increase their understanding of the latest web standards, hence encouraging them to adopt it.
