There are so many people that have acne, becoming acne free would be is great dream. A lot of people have problems with whiteheads, blackheads, and have infected skin follicles. Just a few years ago it had been believed that acne was caused by improper hygiene, eating the wrong foods and chocolate. However this has become clear that it is not the case.

Acne can be caused from not having enough fluid in your body. Acne can be reduced by being certain that you drink at the least eight glasses of water every day. With the proper amount of hydration your body will have the ability to fight off infection that is bacteria caused like the bacteria from acne.

Acne that has been caused by oil based cosmetics are usually found in people who only have skin problems when they have used the cosmetics. This type of acne will not cause any scaring but it is however unattractive. If you experience this kind of acne quit using the cosmetic that is causing the problem.

To be free of acne you need to clean often, also to stay acne free. There are products that are available to aid in this but be certain that you use one that is non abrasive. Product that have salicylic acid can help this is a powerful agent against treating blackheads and acne that has not become inflamed.

The best preventive measure is to keep your hands off of any acne. By popping or squeezing you make breaks in your skin, this lets any bacteria in infesting your skin. This is a horrible habit that needs to be stopped by any person who is suffering from acne.
