How would you like to get a complete workout, lose fat and get in the best shape of you life in only 4 minutes per day? New research suggests that this is not only possible, but is a scientific fact.
Let me ask you a question, if you went to a stadium every day and ran up the stairs just as hard as you could for 1 minute, would you be able to cover more distance and faster in a 1 month time frame? Sure you would. This gives you a training effect in just 1 minute.

The reason this happens is that your body has to work hard, creates oxygen debt which forces your body to create lactic acid. This is the results you get when you fatigue your body. If you just go for a brisk walk for 20 minutes there is no oxygen debt, you could actually walk another 20 minuets. But a short hard burst will fatigue your body. Remember, this is just one minute of hard performance.

When you create oxygen debt, which in turn makes your body burn more calories and produce and lactic acid your body’s metabolism increases growth hormones. It will take a few hours for your metabolism to lower again. This is the basis of this new breakthrough. You work out hard for 1 minute, 4 times a day and you get great workouts that make a difference.

Now, try this. Say you do not have stairs, just go outside, and sprint for 1 minute for as long as you can up to 1 minute. Once you stop, keep track to see how long it takes for your heart rate to drop down to normal levels. I would be willing to say that it will take 5 to 15 minutes. This would also put you over the 20 minutes per day cardio workout that all doctors recommend for a healthy heart. This could be done on a treadmill, stair stepper or any other exercise machine that causes your body to fail in 1 minute or less.

Now, how hard would it be for you to take just 1 minute, 4 times a day out of your busy schedule? No ½ hour drive to the gym, no bulky equipment, no waiting in line for a machine at the gym. Just 4, 1 minute “BURST” through out your day for 4 days a week. That is a total of just 16 minutes per week to lose fat, tone muscles and keep your heart in tip top shape.
