Being a Chub myself and wanting to toneup a bit (dump the fat), I started looking for the best way to lose weight quickly and easily and that would not require me to cook and eat a lot of foods I would not nomally consider eating. No soybeans for me. What I found was some very good advise and a Gormet cook book with recipes that are very edible.
Meat-Dairy-Veggies everything I like and will not give up. Tasty and easy recipes that will help lose the weight.
I found that consuming unprocessed foods is the best way to lose weight quickly. Innumerable people starve themselves in an attempt to lose weight rapidly, however what they often find is that the results are often slow, short lived or none at all. Hence the results are unsatisfactory.
The quest is to eat more of the foods that are unprocessed. Try and eat more foods that are natural for at least 3 weeks until it becomes a habit.
Make meals that are nutritious and healthier for you. Meals loaded with lean beef, turkey, chicken, fish, and natural ingredients such as nuts, fruits, vegetables, and grains (rice-pasta-beans) are at the forefront of your battle with fat. Olive oils, fish oils, and seed oils add greatly to becoming lean and healthy. Adding essential fats, such as olive oil, nut & seed oils & fish oils to the mix is very healthy.
It's working for me and I ain't eating phony foods (soybean hambugers, ect).
Not only can you eat more each meal, but you should also be eating more often through out the day. This will give you longer lasting energy, and keep your metabolism higher, than when you're hungry.
Use it as an indicator that you're on the right track. Eat natural foods every 2-3 hours even if you don't feel hungry, remember your metabolism is higher when your digesting, and at it's lowest point when your starving. As you become accustomed to eating 5-6 times a day and ingesting lots of liquids you will start to notice the effects of your new eating habits.
Snack or eat, even if your not hungry, so as to not let your metabolism drop. I have found this is the best way to lose weight quickly and safely.
Drink plenty of clean water, at least 2 litres per day and keep sipping it.
