Obviously, you can’t have every woman you meet fill out these forms. However, it will speed up the processing of your application dramatically if you have her complete and sign the forms while you are there, than to try and collect them later.

Usually the marriage agencies or tour companies that you use can assist you in this process.

Have her complete eight originals, just in case some get lost and just in case you need some extra forms later. Do not date them. You will add the dates later.
