Can London Land Scams have bad impact on the Land Banking industry?

The business of buying land that is not currently needed for use but may be used in future for any purpose, be it commercial or residential, is termed as Land Banking. The business has existed since ages and many people, including the businesses and individuals, have benefitted from this practice, at large. Setback happened in this industry when some companies, scamsters instead, sold plots of land to prospective home builders to be used for residential purposes. To the height of their exclamation the investors found that either the plots didn't exist at all or homes were already built on those plots of land for sale.

These scams happened around London, Kent and Sussex and hence are called London Land Scams, Kent Land Scams and Sussex Land Scams. Most of the investors who eventually lost their money and learnt a lesson that they should not invest money blindly, had invested money without having any background check of the organizations and the scamsters made their fortune in the events of London Land Scams, Kent Land Scams and Sussex Land Scams.

While London is still expanding and more & more people are choosing London to be their habitat, it is sure that the demand for Land in and around London, Kent & Sussex will rise. This demand will obviously been taken care of by Land Banking companies who invest huge sums in acquiring strategic land. So, London Land Scams, Kent Land Scams and Sussex Land Scams will have almost zero effect on Land Banking industry.
