The best way to achieve height growth is to start when you are young. Exercise often and stay active. You'll get healthier, growing bones that will make you taller. Exercise stimulates the growth of the long bones in your legs - those are the ones that will do the most good for height growth.
Make sure you eat the right foods. Here is a list of the foods you should consume in large quantities: foods rich in calcium, vitamin D, magnesium and vitamin K.
