1. Facial skin can be kept healthy and wrinkle free by regular cleaning with mild soaps. The common use of moisturizing cream at night is very good but must also be followed by regular cleaning in the morning. Avoid the use of bleach. Pack of yogurt, gram flour and turmeric helps in tightening the skin and fights any infection. You should treat pimples immediately, under guidance of a physician. One should never burst pimples as this can lead to infection and permanent marks on face.

2. Vibrant hair can be achieved with a simple scalp massage with the tips of your fingers. Getting recommended daily dosages of vitamins A and D helps in maintaining good hair. Try to avoid un-necessary use of hair dies and harsh shampoos. Dandruff and any other scalp infection must be immediately treated.


3. Keep your ears clean and dry. Do not try to remove wax form ear by pushing in sticks or paper clips. The wax is there for a purpose, and if it gets built-up to troublesome level, then see a doctor.

4. The good health of eyes can be achieved by adopting these simple habits. Vitamin A helps in improving vision and prevents night blindness. Vitamin A can be taken regularly in form of pills or natural sources like fresh fruits, fish, and leafy vegetables.

5. Acidity and heart burning can be cured by consuming a cup of cold milk along with a banana. If you have to consume alcohol, then never do so with an empty stomach.

6. Oral and dental hygiene is mainly dependent on regular brushing and cleaning habits. Oral sores if not due to herpes, then are mostly due to lack of vitamin B Complex and are usually cured by consuming Folic Acid.


7.Keep your bowels clean. This can be achieved by regularly consuming leafy vegetables and fibrous foods. Bowel cleaning drugs should not be used and kept as last resort.

8. Do not smoke and more so, do not expose yourself to secondary smoke. Do not sleep in a non ventilated room that has lots of pets and plant. Go for morning walks and breathe in the fresh air.

9. Regular physical exercises like tread mill, skipping rope, brisk walking, swimming etc. are very useful in maintaining good health.

10. Drink certain amounts o water depending on the season. In winter one needs less water but in summer or when you are doing lot of physical work, drink more water.

11. Completely avoid abuse of drugs or any other habit forming medication. Avoid self medicating and even over the counter drugs should be avoided unless necessary.

12. Physical health can be reflection of mental health. Keep your mind healthy and focused. For this, having faith in something or someone can be very useful. You can have faith in your religion or sect. You can have faith in your priest, teacher or mother. Maintain a happy, clean, well-lit environment in the home and office.
