We all have constipation during life. But when you have constipation frequently, then it is time to do something about it. You don’t want to be constipated toxins buildup in the colon that eventually spread throughout your body.

These laxatives are not safe since they make your colon lazy and are addictive. When you have a hard time with bowel movements, first, use natural remedies and see if they work for you. Constipation symptoms

If you are constipated, you will have some of these symptoms: flatulence, bowel movements every two to five days, straining to have a bowel movement, thin diameter stools, stools that don’t float in the toilet water, stools that are broken up in pieces, sensitivity in the abdomen, loss of appetite, nausea, and an uneasy feeling.

Eating and drinking more fiber and water is the first step in dealing with your constipation. For some of you this will help, but for severe constipation it will require the additional use of constipation remedies. Eat less food that has not fiber is also a help. Fiberless is foods are bread, pasta, flour products, and all junk food.

Add fiber to your diet slowly. Eating to much fiber can give you gas and cause more constipation. Start by cooking your vegetables for a couple of minutes and add them to some vegetables that are not cooked.

Eat these foods: green leafy vegetables, kale, broccoli, spinach, Brussels sprouts, carrots, celery, cucumbers and yellow squash.

Avoid these foods since they don’t provide you with good nutrients and they take longer to go through your intestinal tract. Excess saturated fats, dairy products, fried foods, processed and junk food, products made with white flour, or sugar.


Natural Constipation Remedies

1. Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes – take these nutrients during meals and also between meals to get probiotics into the colon.

2. Flaxseed – use 2 tablespoons of raw flaxseeds and add them to your salad. You can ground them up and mix them into salads, soups after they have cooled off, and into health smoothies.

3. Aloe Vera Juice or capsules – use a quarter cup of juice or capsules as directed on the label. You can experiment to see how much you need before you see results.

4. Natural Remedy for chronic constipation: mix 5000 – 7000 mg of ascorbic acid, Vitamin C, powder with 1500 mg of magnesium oxide powder. Mix this into a glass of fresh orange or grapefruit juice. You can use a buffered vitamin C to reduce stomach upset.

You control how you want to cure your body. No drug or laxative will do the job for you. Give your body the help it needs by using natural constipation remedies and eating the right kinds of food.
