Keeping a Close Relationship with Christ

We need one another. Just as noticeably we need Jesus.However, how we love the Lord exemplifies how we love one another. God made us for fellowship, and without it, something within us dies. , if you want a deeper, more gratifying relationship with the Lord, learn how to create godly friendships with others who share your love for Jesus Christ. Do not be too involved with the depth of the relationship. This is going to be constraining. As you open your heart to the Lord in prayer, he is going to make more of Himself known to you. Love starts here in the presence of God. After you experience this unconditional love, you may end up desiring to share it with others, not just as an evangelistic tool but also as a system of knowing and loving others who worship the Savior.

It is good to have pals from many areas of life. But let the pattern for your deeper relations start and finish with a sincere love for Jesus Christ.
