Apparently, Hansen is saying that he used her picture on his website - without her permission. Blog comments suggest that though she may have have received treatment, he wasn't even her surgeon.
Various internet sites say that the former Miss Norway, Monica Hansen asserts that Dr. Hochstein utilized the photos of her chest implants to extend his business.
The 6'1" blonde, can also lay claim to the title of Adage Lady of the Year in 2006.
The suit reveals that Dr. Hochstein used footage of Hansen on his web site lhochsteinmd.com. She at no time gave her consent, and has sued for compensation for a moral infraction on her rights.
My View:
I think that Monica Hansen has been right to be upset, but I was thinking that she needs to be awfully careful not to waste lawyers fees. If she ever had any treatment done by this bloke she might have signed some type of a consent form agreeing somewhere in the details to give him the rights to publicity. These paramedics are pretty lovable now to tie these things up, and who reads these forms, or would understand their lawyer-speak, now that they are so long and confusing these days.
Obviously, that was not right. So Monica Hansen - do like that extra money!
