Then one day, I was browsing through my cluttered email boxes without much success, and it hit me! Everything that I was doing was for my own benefit, what I would get out of the deal. And let me tell you, this is not the way to look at anything in life, business or personal. So, I sat down, turned everything off, and went to the pen and paper. I needed to rethink my strategy and figure out why people needed my help, and how I could best help them. I stopped advertising to people, period, and started listening to what was going on around me. I found out much more about the needs and wants of others, and then I told them how I could help.
You see, I help people cash out of their promissory notes, or notes of different kinds. I help people get the money that they really do need, when they need it. Ever since I helped a neighbor of mine cash out of his note, I was so happy to see the relief and joy on his face, as he held in his hand the answer to his prayers. No, it wasn't anything big, but it felt great to help someone out. And the best part, it came from listening!
