About Me Are you constantly on a diet, but never seem to be able to keep the weight off? I can help you to change your life and Get Off the Diet Merry-Go-Round! To understand another person’s pain you have to “walk the talk,” and I know the pain of revolving on that Diet Merry-Go-Round; of starting a new diet every week, only to find yourself gaining more weight – not losing the weight. I have been in recovery from my food compulsions for over 12 years. After losing70 pounds and keeping a consistent weight since 1995, I began to share my story with others to help them to also get off the Diet Merry-Go-Round. Yes, there are many excellent diet programs already out there, but there are also thousands of people who fail at dieting every day. I felt they needed a different type of program to help them overcome their cravings for food. Through one-on-one and group coaching, as well as workshops and e-courses, I can help you to find a new focus for your life by helping you to develop a purposeful plan that clarifies your goals, builds self esteem and defines specific action steps to enable you to Stop Focusing on Food, and instead, focus on who you want to be today. Credentials I am a Certified Empowerment Coach. I received my ACC credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have been a board member for the New Jersey Coaches and am also a founding member of Recovery Coach International (RCI), where I served on the Executive Committee. Along with my personal coaching program for people who want to lose weight, I am also the founder of the Coaches Coaching Circle, a worldwide group of coaching professionals who join together to receive assistance in sharpening their coaching skills and receive coaching from a professional coach.
