I am interesed in educational matters particularly the development of thinking skills in children.
I am also interested in most sports but i really enjoy rugby league, rugby union and softball. I coached a softball team for 24 year and really enjoyed it.

Hand washing
Wool should be washed in a basin of warm water mixed with a mild soap or wool detergent.
Gently submerge the garment and leave it to soak for about 5 minutes.
Squeeze out as much water as possible, but do not wring or twist the garment....
