Simon Damerell is one of the co-principals at Ray White Ponsonby, Auckland New Zealand. Having lived in the greater Ponsonby area, on and off, for the past 40 years, Simon’s respect, dedication, and knowledge of the area is unparalleled. It was his attitude towards the neighborhood that eventually lead him to pursue a career in real estate. Now, with 13 years experience in the real estate industry Simon has a wealth of experience. Simon commenced his working life as a cadet in, what was then, the Government Valuation Department, carrying out valuations for rating purposes. A change in career saw Simon progress through teaching to become the Principal at Remuera Primary School. It was here at Remuera Primary School that Simon developed a passion for honesty and a high standard of ethics. He believes that what we do at Ray White Ponsonby is an essential service not to be taken lightly. For this reason Simon is serious about providing sound advice to both vendors that have listed with Ray White Ponsonby as well as those vendors and buyers just looking for information about the market. Simon’s educational background is in Town Planning. In the past, he has travelled to Australia to speak to business owners as well as to speak at international conferences for Ray White. This speaks to just how highly respected Simon Damerell has become in his 13 years in this industry.
