Hello, my name is Jim Ferrell, and I have been helping people with quality information on How To Get A Job since 1989. During my vast business experience I have interviewed over 3,000 applicants for jobs. Therefore, I can tell you that very few of those applicants did anything different in preparation for the interview, or at the interview. Furthermore, they did not know what their temperaments were and what jobs they were better suited for. Instead they were taking what ever was available, when they should have been looking for what they had an interest in, and had God-given gifts to do! Therefore, I wrote this information to give practically anyone the edge they need to get the right job they deserve and have the gifts to do.
