Compete draws data from many sources and whilst not reflective of actual traffic levels does reflect the change in traffic well.

What I like about compete.com is provides information from several different sources and then merges the data to provide an estimate of USA traffic. The traffic levels are far below actual levels but the increase of 100% since last year is correct.

Traffic continues to advance at a stready pace, more visitors means more exposure for your articles, since our server performance issues were resolved in June 2008, progress has been good.
