He did not remember his <br /> daughter's birthday and his own anniversary. <br /> He still feels embarrassed at family functions.<br /> <br /> We all want to take care of those that are near <br /> and dear to us. But as humans we sometimes <br /> miss the mall. The joy of gift giving allows us <br /> to show our gratitude for those in our lives we care<br /> about and love. I know what it feels like to not receive<br /> a gift when I was expecting something from a special <br /> person in my life. I am pretty sure it feels the same way <br /> for others.
